Support Crew & Volunteers for the Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride

The Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride wouldn’t be possible without the amazing support crew and volunteers who make the journey safe, enjoyable, and memorable for every rider.

Support Crew – Ride Beside Your Friend or Family Member

A support person assists their rider each day of the journey. This can include:

  • Transporting gear and luggage

  • Preparing campsites

  • Ensuring riders have food, water, and essentials

  • Providing encouragement along the way

By being part of the support crew, you help your cyclist from start to finish while also experiencing the adventure yourself.

Support Crew Registration Includes:

  • Seven days of adventure from Cairns to Karumba

  • All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily

  • Campsites (with showers) each night

  • First aid support across the journey

  • Nightly entertainment and activities

  • Official Cairns to Karumba Ride T-shirt

As a support person, you’ll also have time each day to explore local attractions. Each evening at 5:30 pm, a local guide will share highlights and recommendations for the following day, helping you experience the best of this beautiful region.

👉 Note: All support crew must register and pay online, as we require the details of all participants.
