Cancellation Policy

This Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply if a participant needs to cancel their registration or withdraw from the event.

If you register and are unable to attend the ride you have the following options:

a) Transfer your registration to the following year. This can only be applied once. If the rider cannot attend the following year, the registration is then non-refundable and cannot be transferred again.
b) Receive 75% refund if cancellation is made 60 days from start date, or
c) Receive 50% refund if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the event.

No refund is provided for cancellation made less than 30 days from the event start date.
