Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride Registration

The Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride registration is your first step toward one of Australia’s most iconic long-distance cycling events. The journey takes riders from the edge of the Great Barrier Reef through Far North Queensland and on to the Gulf of Carpentaria, supporting communities along the way.

Register for the Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride

This fully supported event suits riders with a range of experience levels. Along the way, participants ride through rainforest, savannah and remote outback landscapes. At the same time, experienced crew, escort drivers and volunteers provide support throughout the event.Three cyclists smiling at the start of the Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride, wearing C2K jerseys and helmets.

By registering, riders secure their place in the ride and gain access to accommodation, logistics and on-road support. In addition, they become part of a welcoming cycling community that returns year after year. Many riders join with friends, while others arrive solo and quickly feel at home.

During the registration process, riders choose their preferred ride option and category. After registering, participants receive essential event updates, training guidance and preparation information. As a result, everyone arrives ready and confident for ride week.

Importantly, registration also supports regional communities along the route and the event’s official charity partner. For this reason, every rider contributes to something bigger than the ride itself.

Finally, places are limited and demand increases as the event date approaches. Therefore, early registration is encouraged to secure a spot and allow time for preparation and fundraising.

Before registering, we recommend reviewing the ride itinerary and accommodation information.

The ride proudly supports the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and the communities across the region.

Complete your registration below and join an unforgettable cycling journey across Far North Queensland.
